The Carriage House sleeps a maximum of four adults
Rates:
$2150 a week Summer and Holidays, one week minimum, additional days prorated.
(Christmas and New Years are one week per Holiday.)
$1950 a week other times of the year, five night minimum, additional days prorated.
Monthly Rate is $6500.
Hawaii State Taxes (General Excise and Transient Accommodations Taxes) Total 13.42%.
Cleaning Fee $150.
Security and Extra Cleaning Deposit of $400 to be received within 10 days of the reservation.
It will be returned as soon as we get the OK from the cleaners after your departure.
The rent is due 90 days prior to the reserved dates.
