Rates:

$1,750.00 a week plus $250.00 for each additional night. (except for Monthly/Holiday Rates).

NOTE: $1,950.00 a week , extra days prorated, starting December 2008.

Four week (monthly rate) is $6,500.00 longer periods negotiable.

Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Eve (includes New Years Day) are $2,300.00 a week

Holidays and Summer starting on June 15th through Labor Day are $2,300.00 a week.

Christmas and New Year's there's a minimun stay of 1 week per Holiday.

Hawaii State Taxes (Transient Accommodations Tax & General Excise Tax) Total 11.42%

Cleaning Fee is $140.00

Security deposit of $400.00 to be received within ten days of reservation.

Refundable ten days after check-out.

The rent is due 90 days prior to the reserved dates.
